Setting Up Mats
The diagram below shows how to set up mats for practice. This diagram shows the
minimum coverage we need during group 2 and 3 practices. Our primary concern is
that we have enough coverage in the "crash zone" for skater safety. If you have
any questions, please feel free to contact any one of the coaches.
Group 2 parents: on Tuesdays, we can start putting the mats out at 6:45 p.m.,
right after the other learn to skate program gets off the ice. This will allow
us to get the mats on the ice and have the Zamboni clean up any dirt we may
track onto the surface while putting the mats out.
