ADULT LONG TRACK PROGRAM
2-3 nights per week
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 6:45-7:45
Skate rental provided in the cost. Participants are welcome to wear own hockey skates (no figure skates) if you feel more comfortable.
No speed skating experience necessary but must be able to get back up on own if you fall and move forward and backwards on skates.
Helmets are not required for adults but are recommended if you are a novice skater.
Other suggested equipment:

Warm gloves (cut proof)

Can wear skin suit

Long underwear, sweat pants, thin ski pants, warm jacket, etc. Layers are important!

If you are interested in racing, Regina is having a Mini-Meet Saturday January 25, 2025.
There is also the opportunity to skate the Western Canadian Outdoor Classic Long Track meet in Saskatoon January 18/19, 2025 in the Senior/Masters categories.
